Retrieval Testing

The application retrieval testing feature is a simulation test for user questions in simple configuration type applications, used to adjust segment content and related questions to improve segment matching and enhance answer quality. Enter a test question, and the system will search in the knowledge bases associated with the current application according to the retrieval mode, then filter and return segments that meet the conditions based on similarity and Top N segments. If necessary, the returned segment content can be edited again.
